Worst attituted and customer experience I have ever had

I had quite a few goods I was looking at selling to cash converters at hillfox. These were high value items and I did not particularly wanted much for them, they are just in my way. So you would have made good profit on these. It has been 4 weeks now where I have basically licked the ass of your buyer, Jabu for reply or any sort of correspondence. He just doesn't give a damn. This experience I had with your useless and pathetic store has ensured I will never support you again (I USED to be a regular customer). Since your outstanding customer service orientated employees has gone out of their way to give me the ABSOLUTE worst customer experience I have ever had, I will be taking my business to Cash crusaders. I will also most definitely make sure to spread the word on exactly how useless you are. Please don't bother replying, I just wanted to let you know what profit you missed out on. I have about R30,000 worth of goods I wanted a mere R5,000 for.
