Won a faulty product
<p>I won a Samsung S6 in won of their online competitions and when I got the phone it was and still is missing its network drivers and I can't get them to replace the phone with a new one, which is unfair as it has been faulty from the word go</p>

We have not run any online competitions of which I am in charge of. Stores are also not allowed to run anything online or in the media without my go ahead.
Should you have any more details on this online competition, that would be great. But from a Cash Converters brand perspective we have not run any competitions online.
