What kind of regulations do you go by???

So I asked my fiance to apply for a payday advance on his name. Thing is, we share an account of which I am the account holder, but his salary gets deposited into the account each month and this has been the case for the last 3 years!! Cash Converters declined him for a payday advance because I am the account holder... WHY DOES THIS MATTER WHEN HIS SALARY GETS DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNT??? IT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE BANK STATEMENT AND HE HAS HIS PAYSLIP TO PROVE IT. I tried getting into contact with the store manager for some clarity regarding this matter, but she isn't returning my calls. We've never had this issue in the past. We've opened numerous accounts this way and no one has ever hassled us because of it. Why are you people making things so damn difficult????!!!!!
