i purchased a used LG washing machine for R2000.00 + R150.00 from Cash converters in Queenswood Pretoria. the unit was on the floor and i paid cash and arranged for delivery 23 Jan 2021. at 11h00 they confirmed before 13h00 . at 14h00 i received a call from the clerk called Patricia ( not the manager or sales person, unfortunately the machine has had to go in for repairs, and would i like a refund. for sure yes!!!!!! what a pathetic bunch of blatant *****. upon entering the store the salesman began making excuses, while his manager looked on . GUYS IN TODAYS ECONOMY< AND YOU CANNOT EVEN GET A SIMPLE SALE RIGHT< AND THEN ALSO NOT EVEN TRY TO SAVE THE SALE. beware these are bulldusters. Go somewhere - try Cash Crusaders.
