Waste of my time and petrol coming here

I recently wanted to either pawn or sell my ps5 controller and contacted Cash Converters at Hilfox shopping centre on the west rand via their whatsapp channel where I told them what I was selling and I asked for a price on more or less what was I looking to get from them in regards to the controller and whoever was replying on their whatsapp line told me to come into the store and then can negotiate a fair price for my controller which I did do but on arrival Im told no they do not buy ps5 controllers at all unless I was selling it with the whole console which I clearly stated with my communication with them on WhatsApp that Im selling or looking to pawn my ps5 controller!!! I find this to be very frustrating and I actually cannot afford to just drive to any place for no reason or to have my time wasted since the cost of fuel isnt low and neither am I in any position to just waste the little I have and thats exactly what has happened with me driving all the way from where I live to this place just for them to not be able to assist me in anyway... It would have been so much easier if someone on the stores whatsapp channel to just have told me no they dont buy those things and I wouldn't have ended up wasting my time and petrol coming out here!! You can do better honestly and hopefully you dont end up doing this to someone thats in a worse position than I am!!
