Was Shouted at and treated with arrogance

As I walked into the store they where kids who were running around amid that there was no one to attend to the client's/customers ,however i proceed to the eloctronics side on the PCs walked around looking for someone to assist with efforts in vain got tired since i was carrying the baby saw some office chairs in the section which where not written DO NOT SIT granted i was tired thought let me sit and wait for help in a distance i saw a lady attender who works there laughing didn't know what / why i gave a gesture of needing help she looked at me laughing and later came and told me someone was goin to help me_ spent another 15-18mins waiting and eventually a middle aged or over with glasses slightly grey hair came shouting "stand up from there you arent supposed to sit there what kind of people are you if everyone did that there would be no...." he continued talking walking away doing hand gestures of anger and disgust in us but i had not been attended to ,so i called him "excuse me sir i still need help why are you walking away i understand about not sitting here but i need to know about this product " he shouted again and said you didn't tell me to help me so how am supposed to know but in short every customer who enter the shop is there for assistance i didn't i ask thought to myself ,with arrogance he called his other colleague "come and help him" felt sorry for the colleague than i felt humiliated . It took me an hour or almost to walk out without any help and frustrated and humiliated what a service! !!!!
