Very poor service / Bad Attitude
I went to Cash Converters on Saturday 09 January 2016 to pay the interest due on two contracts 25361 & 25632. The branch was off line due to load shedding, and unable to process ANY transactions. As I am not able to visit the branch on 11 January, 2016, the final due date before my goods are forfeited, one of the assistants suggested that I ask the Manager Anthony if I can make an electronic transfer. Although Anthony agreed to the request, he was unable to provide me with the banking details because the computers were not working. However, he did take my contact details and said that he would send me the banking details. No response from him to date, and so I have been unable to make the payment. There are 4 complaints: 1) Why does a large organisation like Cash Converters, who charge 5% per month on cash advances, not have some back-up system in place when there is load shedding (generators or manual systems)? 2) Why does Cash Converters, not have their banking details available, other than on a computer system? 3) It is hard to describe Anthony's attitude - but it sucks. 4) Why do Cash Converters employ Managers that do not do their job? What do I do now to prevent forfeit
Good afternoon John

I have forwarded this to the Regional Operations Manager as well as the store owner. They will be in contact with you shortly to hopefully sort everything out.
