Utterly dishonest

I visited the k90 branch taking my raleigh nomad which they said they would give me R1000 for. When i asked the guy behind the counter for the slip as I wanted to collect it again he said he bought it from me he did not pawn it. I told him that I did not want to sell it and he stated that if i were to pawn it he would offer me less. Contrary to what his college said when I asked him about a phone I wanted to sell. I am really upset about the incident and he said i had to go back another day as they are closing the shop. How dishonest I will personally go out of my way to place ads warning people about that cash converters.
