Utterly disgraceful Service...

Pathetic service. We had painball guns on pawn. We have been emailing and phoning since Monday with no avail. Then when we actually get someone to go pay the account. They tell us it has expired. Its truly unacceptable. We expect service when we want to apply for extention. Yet we get no assistance whatsoever. After countless calls and emails this week. And no they tell us it has expired and they cant give our goods back and we cant pay the monthly fee ... truly terrible who will be held responsible for poor service that leads to us losing our goods.
