Useless Product and service

I bought my nanny a new phone on the 4th April 2022, at end of June 2022 the phone stopped working, I took it to the store and dealt with a very rude, useless manager who was very unhelpful. Fast forward over a month later i went back to the store to check if the phone is back from repairs. The phone is back but not fixed and needs to go back for another month, the store manager was supposed to call me on Wednesday the 10th August to check if i can get a new phone, i have still not received a call.

Its been almost 2mths my nanny is without a phone, i specifically bought her a phone so i can reach her or if there is an emergency. This is horrible service. Can i get a refund and buy another phone from a more reliable company.
