Urgent attention

I bought a spinning bike from cash converters (Tokai Capetown) I am from Mpumalanga, unfortunately they do not deliver and it was my first tome buying from cash converters online... They called me on Monday to arrange for delivery and I was told that they will send banking details for me to pay a delivery fee. Today it's Wednesday , no phone call no email after I have sent them 2 emails without reply. May I please have my refund please before I go further. *** *** Mercy
