UPHAPPY ABOUT GOODS SOLD AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVISE

We bought a Xbox from Cash Convertors Festival Mall about 2 months ago. When we went there to buy it we look at a 500mb for R4000, then the sales person come back and said it’s a one terabyte and the price is R4500. Thanks was fine, we said we will take it. It was tested and work perfectly. So we had our fiber installed last week and now wanted to down load games and paid for the Pass to do so, we realized that it was only a 365mb. Went back to the store and yes, full of excuses and very dishonest. First they say they never said it was a one terabyte. Then they said they already gave us R500 discount as all there Xboxes are sold for the same price of R5000. What a bull**** story. They will never sell an Xbox with one terabyte for the same price as a 500mb or a365mb Xbox. Please don’t insult me like that. And we did not receive any discount from them for this Xbox.. The manager called the sales person that sold it to us and asked him what he said to us and he **** and said he told us it was a 500mb. When they checked and saw it was a 365mb he turned around and blamed us, implying we had to do something to the Xbox and that’s why it’s now a 365mb. REALLY???? Then she tells me if I want my money back I must sell the Xbox back to them.....that would be fine if they will buy it for the price I paid but I don't think this will be the case. Be very careful when you buy from them, better still don't! They provide bad customer service and the staff is dishonest at this store. They don't even deserve one star!!
