************ behavior and empty promises

After negotiating price with Lionel I decided to buy leather touch lounge suite, there card machine wasn't working, explained to sales person I will there drive the 45min back home to remove canopy from bakkie then return to pay for couches as I will get the cash as well in the event card machine not working still...while home Lionel the owner phones and says he got better price from another customer as he can pay for the couches after telling lionel that I was willing to pay and they advised me and assured me they will keep it for me as it was their fault I couldn't pay and I now have agreed to pay even more he promises to keep it for me as I now driving the 45min back to get the couches....upon my arrival at the shop and waiting in the shop I get informed they sold it to somebody else....all my driving up and down for nothing..Lionel the owner making me empty promises, shocking customer service will never set foot in any cash converters ever again
