************ BEHAVIOR AND EMPTY PROMISES

I bought a home theatre system with the first week on December which they failed to test it for me immediately hence I couldn't take it with same time. I then kept on coming day after the next the story was the same for a 9 days. Eventually they tested it if it powers ON or not and found out that one subwoofer isn't working. Whiles the other subwoofer does power ON but no sound due to RCA Input being damaged. Since then they've promised to send it for repairs. With no word from them regarding the progress on repairs I decided to go in after 2weeks. I was told it's been repaired and they'll contact me but it continued for days with no word or anything. I went inn and waited for the manager for 45min at 10am to come in and even when he was there I had to wait for an extra 30min and got told that he was busy. Worst part is that the item is still in his office, when I asked him he blames it on the sales person. I immediately demanded my money and he promised to give it to me on Sunday when he is collecting back his items but he never pitched up. I lodge complain to the head office and there hasn't been any communication from them either since I gave them my details and the whole drama
