unprofessional management

Kasselsvlei cash converters where i observed a dome security IR camera.the condition looked good and price was excellent . Monday the 12th .on Monday i arrived at the shop asked them that i need to test the camera they couldn't fined the adapters but the camera is working this is what they claim. Then the managers stepped in offered me a discount which i was very happy with. i said fine i have a security system running at home i will test and give him feed back he agreed so off i went , i installed the camera and observed everything goes white in the back ground of the picture night viewing everything dark.on the 16th i returned it and all hell broke loose.Sale-person returns with message MANAGE ON LUNCH/CAMERA WORKING /SWOP TO VALUE OF YOUR PURCHASE i refused .Then the manager step in whats my problem i explained not excepting my reason explaining policy i said i understand but we had a verbal agreement told the cashiers to book the unit in for repair then give my money back and dont put your f***foot back in this shop i rep**** its a pleasure he then rep**** the pleasure is mine and off i went totally p**** off .first time in my life i was treated in this manner.
