Unprofessional and rude so called owner (cash converters Midrand)

For so called owners of franchise to treat their customers like dirt..is disgusting...

Today I went to the Midrand brunch to go pawn ps4..I bought there a year ago. Today this guy tells me he won't help me without giving me the time of day.. calling others customers before me and when I brought it to his attention I was there first he just dismissed me and said I don't want to serve you..

He was rude...and when I asked can I see your manager he said he is ”cash convertors” he is the power at be... Telling me he never wants to see me because he does not like me... I mean wow you decide you don't like a person and belittle them by just looking at him...I bought that PS from them and the side was bend and I paid about 4k for it

Today when I am in need of their services it not good enough for them and should be treated like nothing...is it because he is the so called owner...

I will escalate this to the board of consumers.
