My wife & I would drive by occasionally to see if they were open of which they went & I had to rely on their website in terms of operation which specifically stated they not operating under level 5 & 4 so I thought to check on level 1. On contact with them I they told me my phone was sold due to non payment but how do I make payment when they closed? I asked to speak to the shop manager & apparently I was sent to another sales rep (moses ntala) who told me there’s nothing they going to do but they can get me a similar Samsung s10e & sell it to me at a nice price. What price is that? My wife later on went there & she was sent to bongani or bonginkosi who’s also claimed to be the store the manager when she requested for Moses the both of them spoke two different stories. When my wife insisted on getting the regional managers name & number they refused & told her that’s not necessary to be so extreme.
