Unhelpful

<p>I borrowed money on Gold jewellery and it is a day past the 10 day extention to pay back and I had an emergency and had to travel to KZN and I could not make the payment as I was not arount and asked if they could please keep it for me and when I get back I will pay for it and Rudolph the manager said to me he is sorry but he can't.</p> <p>Surely you are able to help your customers out sometimes. I will pay the charges etc but just to keep it for me out of goodwill is clearly impossible. </p> <p>They are very unhelpful and unsymphethatic to your situation. Do they not have issues or situations in life? I called, it is not like I am not interested.</p> <p>Please advice as I am desperate. The jewelly has sentimental value.</p>
