Unhappy client

I recently found out that cash convertors has me under debt review ...after two years I only found out this whilst they had all my contact details. After paying back the some loan instalments a few years back I found out that within this two years of losing my contact or not getting hold of me via calls an interest of the same amount I borrowed which I was never aware off . What I don't understand is that they have called my work place and never got hold of me and I gave them an email address as an alternative method of communication and I never got that communication through email since I changed numbers and now I'm supposed to pay interest do high meanwhile they did not exhaust all options. I'm really not happy about this and it should be reviewed.
