Unfair consumer practice

Last year January I bought an Acer Laptop at Cash crusaders at The Glen shopping Centre for R4300.. The salesperson (Sphiwe) recommended a core i3 after I indicated that i needed a fast one because my daughter is studying computer program. Sphiwe advised that the core i3 is the top of the range only to find that he was lying. Due to covid- i couldn't get access. On 22 Feb 2021 i went there to return and get a better deal. Then i was told that they dont have anything better but they can only give me R200.00. I refused and they topped it to R2500. I feel ****** and now i have forfeited almost R2000. I need to be reimbursed for the loss because I cant buy any good laptop with R2500
