Unexpectedly surprised

I wanted to put up a review about this, but there was no place, so i wrote a mail to the manager. Just realized that hellopeter might be a good platform to share this. I can't even remember when last i actually felt this good and treated with so much honest respect. Marvelous i hope you see this, keep doing a great job and thank you for the way you treated me, i could see your colleagues also reflected same attitude, and i decided to share with everybody this wonderful experience i had at your store. Hopefully i am talking to the manager now. Let's start with the bad first. I am sad because i can get no place to leave a review of my experience in your shop, the pawn or loan side especially, ok that's the only bad/sad.

Now i have to share it at least with you then. This pass Saturday i had to pawn something for some extra cash and that was not really my thing, but it's life and i had to. I visited, sorry to say, your competition first, but that mistake will never happen again. But then tried Cashconverters Parow. Not feeling to good about this pawn thing and sort of nervous it was my turn. I end up with a very friendly and polite guy called Marvelous. This guy was not your ordinary pawn guy, no way, this guy made me look at Cashconverters Parow with a different eye. He let me feel so comfortable and at ease, you won't believe. Let me tell you this, no names, but your competition first made me feel like a beggar and then made my product so bad, i felt like i could just as well through this product of mine in the dustbin. Back at Cashconverters Parow, not even one time i felt like that, contrarily Marvelous gave me a compliment about my product and even said that he can help with a little bit more than I wanted, but i was ok with what i asked. He also assured me, that my product will be safely stored by Cashconverters Parow, and that i have nothing to worry about.

Long story short, Marvelous bowled me for a unexpected 6, treated me with respect and turned my hole day around, showed me that Cashconverters Parow isn't only there to make money, but really care about there customers and try to be a helping hand when you need one.
