Unable to apply for loan due to prescribed debt still reflecting

<p>Your Keywest branch assisted me with a 1|2|3 loan a while ago, which was granted. On my first application, there was an issue with an old PDA loan from 2010 still reflecting on your system. I was told to reapply, and Warren from Head Office then processed the 1|2|3 loan. </p> <p>I was under the assumption the old loan was removed from the system, hence Warren was able to approve it the second time. However, when I returned to your store sometime later to apply for the PDA loan, I was told by the consultant that I couldn’t apply, as the old loan still reflects and need to be paid in full first. </p> <p>When I originally app**** for the 1|2|3, I explained to Warren that this loan was handed over to their attorneys, who never seem to have collected, and that it has prescribed since. Both efforts from myself and Head Office to get hold of someone to provide a letter confirming this has been in vain. </p> <p>I then contacted Veronica, who advised me that it’s up to the store to grant the loan, despite the old loan still reflecting??? </p> <p>I am now really getting confused, how was the 1|2|3 loan granted with the old loan still reflecting, but I cannot get the PDA loan because of the same old loan?? </p> <p>Can someone please advise, as I’d like to apply for the PDA loan?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Stephan</p>
