Tv damaged in their possession

<p>I handed in my tv to get a loan against it and it got damaged in their possession. They refuse to solve the problem and tv is a year old. Manager passes the bucket. They dont get back to you. Embarrass you in front of staff and other customers, calling you a ****. Cameras don't lie...yet they refuse to solve the matter. That's how ******* they are making money out of you. You need to phone them all the time. Go in numerous times to the branch as no one bothers to get back to you. Petrol from the west to the east + numerous telephone calls + interest you have to pay while your tv is there for them to sort it out for nearly 3 months. Jip, they are *******. Balfour worst cash converters ever...or maybe they are all like that knowing people are desperate so they can do that them in. Be warned of how they opperate. Their services comes with a red warning label that you might not get your stuff back in the same condition you gave it in and then they give you a quarter of what you paid for it. And then staff told me how my tv was man handled trying to solve the problem by trying all second hand stands on it. I insists on my tv back free of charge or a brand new tv as they can seem to fix the problem. </p>
