Went and app**** for a payday loan, was declined for a duspute more than two years ago which was payed. tried contacting the head office and there is no one available to rectify the issue instead must wait a longer period for something to be resolved, this is unecceptable as there is an emergency at hand and no one can be bothered to help as they should
