Thieving actions and profiting from my misfortune

I am deeply aggrieved by the malicious advantage Cash Converters Promenade decided to take of my misfortune. During a time national state of emergency and taxi violence in Cape Town, I unfortunately was unable to collect an Item that I had laid on Buy Back . This Item was a Lenovo PC Monitor, it had a computer box mounted on it that could/can be easily removed/dismounted. For convenience sake the store consultant and I agreed that since this was a buy back and not an outright sale of the monitor it would be advisable to leave the computer box mounted to the monitor even though it did not form any part of the contract of exchange. Unfortunately due to transport hindrances inflicted by the taxi violence during that period in time I missed the due date to collect/extend. I called the store about 3 to 4 weeks from the due date to inform them that I would be collecting the PC box. They said that would not be possible because they sold the PC box, when I asked why the answer was that they tried to call me and couldn’t get hold me. According to the terms and conditions of the contract , I lost ownership of the monitor and I do not dispute this result. My complaint is about the fact that they Cash Converters Promenade sold something which does not belong to them and they are denying any liability for this action I believe that a behaviour that is morally wrong or socially opprobrious is a prerequisite for moral condemnation and most legal punishment is deserved, and being found blameworthy can have serious consequences.
