*******! Took a loan, and they ripped me off!

I took a R2000 loan from Cash Converters in Seapoint in Capetown in the 31st of December 2014.<br> I was explained that I would have to repay them over the 3 month period and pay instalments of around R900 per month.<br> Altogether, the total loan repayment should have been around R2800 approximately.<br> <br> I had missed one payment, and expected to pay a little extra, but they have deducted over R4000 from my bank account.<br> <br> I got a bank statement and showed the Seapoint Manager the evidence, and highlighted all the amounts deducted from my account, he agreed that it was way too much money deducted from my account, but explained that he could not help as the head office deals with all the loans.He gave me the phone number for the head office.<br> <br> I spoke to a woman, explained my situation, then she put me through to someone who hung up on me.<br> I phoned a second time, they had put me on voice mail. I phoned a third time, and the woman hung up on me again. Then I phoned a fourth time, and my call was rejected.<br> <br> Can someone please help me get my money back?<br> <br> Warm regards<br> <br> Cheryl- very upset & broke customer
