<p>My "friend" took my Laptop and borrowed money at your Mayville Branch... without my consent. After she moved out and I had all her stuff removed I found the "loan agreement document"</p> <p>The last date for repayment was the 23rd of July. I called the branch today 26.07.2016 and spoke to Timmy as his name and signature was on the document. After explaining the sittuation to him, and asking to please just keep it till month end, and then I will even pay the amount owed, because I can not loose my personal stuff on it, he said that its already on the floor... for R2000 and I must buy it back, they will give me some discount!!!! The shock of R2000 as well as I realized that my laptop was then formatted as well.... I am beyond angry!!</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW...I am really sorry... BUT I WILL NOT PAY R2000 for MY LAPTOP that was pawned at your store,without my consent. The amount that was due, was R680... and I am willing to pay that, even though I should actaully refuse,because my laptop is password Protected, and there you should've knew that the person is the not the owner!! I guess CASH CONVERTERS do not CARE... as long as you get your money.... even if its through *********** and dishonest staff, and MANAGEMENT!!!!</p>
