<p>I bought a washing machine at the cash converters in Melville, Johanesburg some time in May. After purchasing it, about 2 months later, when it was my first time attempting to use it,I only got to relaise that it does not work. I went on to call the store and report the faults as the machine has got a guarantee of 6month (which ends in November). For the past 3 months, they have been giving me the run arounds with regards to giving me a new machine. I eventually got fed up with the whole Tom and Jerry running arounds and so i requested for a refund as they were just filled with nothing but lies. I got promised that the money will be in my account on 07/10/2016, but till today, there isn't a single cent that was sent into my account. The consultant who was even assisting me is now ignoring my calls and my whattsup messages. I wonder where they learned their customer service from, because from where I am standing, it is rotten.</p>
