They wont replace the TV that is disfunctional
I bought a TV got home and for some reason its not working. I returned it and its a month now of being sent from pillar to post. They won't replace it but instead want us to pay to get it fixed. I don't feel they care and for them to expect us to pay just sounds unfair.
