Theft of consumer goods by Cash Converters Milnerton

My husband took out a loan against our laptop with Cash Converters Milnerton and went to extend the loan on 17/01/2019. He went to pay the loan and collect the laptop on Saturday 09/02/2019, only to find that our laptop has been sold. The manager on duty (Kaylee) promised to have the matter resolved and replace our laptop by either retrieving it from the person they sold it to or by replacing it with the same model laptop or better if they have to. It took the whole of last week for Kaylee to give us feedback and to provide us with a replacement. She only came to the party on Monday 18/02/2019 after I gave her a piece of my mind at the shop on 17/02/2019 and I promised to post the video that I took on social media. Thereafter she had been calling and trying to replace the laptop. Yesterday she dropped off a laptop that is similar to the one that they sold, but instead she replaced our immaculate laptop (2015 HP) with a defective HP, which has a loose battery and that is getting charged with a Dell laptop charger. I feel that Cash Converters Milnerton is breach of their end of the deal and has sold my laptop 3 days after the extension of our loan. I regard this as theft because the item was left in their capacity for safe keeping until such time that either my loan expires or that I collect it. However they have taken very little steps on their side to ensure that they recover my sold laptop or replace it with something that is equivalent with what they have wrongfully ****** from me. I need to have this matter resolved urgently as I have a video where Kaylee states that they will replace my laptop. I am appalled by this incident and am ready to publish it on social media.
