The worst business in terms of customer service

Cash Converters Carnival Mall is the worst business in the world. I have been calling all morning - no answer. Sent a message to the whatsapp number - no answer. Asked the security of the mall to go get a number from them that I can call - dialled the number - no answer.

I wanted to buy an item online from that store. But the information provided online is not correct and insufficient.
