The owner of this store should take a personal interest in the workings of his store as he is letting down the brand

Hi I'm writing this review, as i am tired of the poor service from this particular branch Cash Converters San Ridge square Midrand

In November 2019 i was in the shop and came across a graphics Card for a pc The Price was R299 and the box said Ge force 710GT. I wanted to purchase the item and the sales consultant told me the card in the box is not actually the item inside, the buyer at the store did not check the item, these things happen so its cool i left.

Incident 2 : 06/05/2020 i enter the store wanting to buy a Personal Computer desktop, i saw 2 x towers labelled I3 one priced at R999 and the other priced at R1200, i ask the sales lady whats the difference with the price and the specs of the computer she does not know, That's ok can we test to see what it is so i can make my purchase, she then comes in with an array of cables which are correct to test and then tells me it does not fit and walks away, i then take a peak into the tower from the fan vents and say i would like to purchase the one for R999.00 the cashier at check out then tells me whilst scanning the item that the Pc i want to purchase does not work, K fine can i have the one for R1200, no as that PC has a password on that they do not have. i walked out,

what is your buyer doing? , how can you sell items in your store with these problems, you are losing business as i was prepared to buy an item, and in these troubled times it is important to keep happy customers.
