Thato Cash Converters Kempton Park

I dont know if you guys train your people to rob people or if your people are just not interested in providing a good service. I went to cash converters festival mall and i was assisted by a guy named Thato. The guy has zero interest in customer service,he was busy talking to everyone else instead of assisting me as a customer. I was there to sell a phone, i have him the phone and he put it in the charger. He asked me how much i want for the phone and i told him im selling it for R2500 and i also told him that i saw on your website that the phone is going for R3000 and above. The phone was is still fairly ne,it has zero scratches and everything is working proper. He literally checked the phone for 2 minutes and then offered me R1000....how much profit are you guys actually supposed to make from goods you buy from us. I would understand if the phone had issues or if it was looking a bit messed up but Its a new phone and it is in perfect condition.
