Terrible Service

I contacted your Blackheath branch last week Wednesday via WhatsApp requesting a quote for the items that I would like to sell, picture was included.

As per the automated response it states that I would receive a response within an hour.

Today is Monday, two days away from being exactly a week that I'm still waiting for response with the quote.

This is very disappointing service, what's the whole purpose with providing the whatsapp option to sell if no one gets back to you????

Physically I am not in a position to go to the branch first to get a quote as I have a spine condition therefore I would require the quite upfront before making means to get there.
