Terrible service

On the 13th December 2019 i bought an iPhone 6 which was advertised for R3500 .the sales person was not professional at all as he didn't even have a clue of any return policies of his emplyed company"cashconveters kempton park festival mall".i used the phone for only 1day. On the 14th December the phone stopped charging .tried charging it for a night bust still couldn't charge.i took it back for refund or an exchange .their mananger Ragen insisted on booking it in for repairs instead of exchanging it or refunding me. I was told the phone will be ready within 7 working days from the the of booking it in which was on the 16December and was told to collect it on the 24th December. Due to bein on holidays i couldn't make it and was not called or updated. On the 29th December 2019 someone got online with my whatsapp,updated my profile picture and my status !!!it got me so mad that someone's using my phone while i was left with no phone for the whole month of December!! I went in on the 4th to check if the phone was ready and to ask who the f!was using my phone !! No one could give me any info hence was told my phone will be ready for collection on the 6th!! Came in and was told to come back on the 7th the next day.,so many lies and poor service today was the day the phone was collected all this while they've been dragging me with lies and falls hope!!! Kgotso was the one who gave falls info and his mananger Ragen keep telling everyone that the phone was booked in while it was not as the repair clerk on came back yesterday!!! Im unhappy with their service and been without a phone for this long and cant even get a replacement on top of this situation!
