Terrible customer service

Good day said to inform you that the owners of cash Converters at mall@Reds, have no sort of customer service as I put my sound system in a buyback my system is currently worth 12000 I put it in a buyback for 3000 unfortunately when going to take my sound system back my speaker boxes were chipped and damaged the cables that fit into the amp will broken I decided to approach the manager about this which she then started shouting at me and telling me that they are not responsible as I checked it myself I then proceeded to tell her that's done it's not my duty all my job to Pack an item in her store, I expect to get my goods back as I had given it to them in excellent condition she then told me to get out of her store and there's nothing that you can do about my sound system I strongly feel it was because of my race as the store is white owned
