Super bad service

I had a pay day loan at cash converters and I was robed and got shot last year June ,so I was hospitalized from the 22nd to 16 July 2018 and I couldn't pay my loans as I couldn't walk and go to work and I had to pay medical bills , I sent an email to their customs service and no one rep**** to me and kept sending email but no one rep**** me . today I called their head office wanted to make arrangement to pay the account and one of the consultant told me they got the emails but they did not reply because I was lying when I said I was shot . your customer service is super bad and you don't care about your customers even if they dying . I'm very disappointed in your staff and their super bad service and I would not recommend anyone to use your services . To my surprise now I'm a listed as a defaulter at credit bureau bit I sent emails trying to report that I was hospitalized and I couldn't pay for few months but o would pay once I get back to work .
