Stupidity and incompetence at its best

So, the story goes like that. Yesterday, the 4th of Sep 2019, me and my wife went to drop some things we didn't need. The attendant, her name was Annah K, an African female, took a bit less than a century to do whatever she was doing. However, with so much delay she conveniently forgot to return the driving license. While driving away, I realized and called the CC (Queenswood Corner) speaking to a guy called Christian. Initially after log minutes of assiduous search, he said, nope, is not here. I insisted, look again, only to get a confirmation that indeed he found the document. Questioning the reliability of their staff, perhaps attempting to *****, or just careless, he was very defensive. I got back, retrieved to document, of course I got a "eish, it was a mistake". Bottom line: I wish that oakie, to encounter another similar character, somewhere and to fail to return his driving license. And then the next day the police to stop him only to find out that oh, ****, where is my license?, or even better a terrible accident and no one would know who that is, because there is no documentation on the corpse. So you see buddy, it is just not a mistake. It is a catastrophe. You just don't comprehend it as at your high IQ of 111011, things are OK. As for the Annah, I did not expect more.
