Store purchasing or loaning money against ****** i

Good day,<br> <br> I would like to lay a complaint regarding your procedure, or rather non procedure, to verify ownership of<br> The goods being pawned or loans taken against goods being brought into your Vorna Valley store.<br> <br> During the past week, I had 3 items ****** by a family member and taken to your store.<br> <br> On discovery that these items were missing I went into the store to enquire if these items were<br> Brought in. The lady behind the counter verified that one of the items, a very expensive Nikon camera was brought in less<br> Than an hour ago and the item was still sitting on the shelf behind her.<br> <br> She offered to call her manager, Annemarie to whom I explained the theft. Annemarie, unfortunately was not very helpful<br> Or forthcoming, even though I presented her with proof of ownership.<br> <br> I was forced to go to the police to open a charge and to date have not yet received any of my ****** items.<br> <br> I am still considering a civil case against the proprietor of the establishment and Annemarie due to the inconvenience<br> Caused and your lack of verification processes.<br> <br> I would like a written response to this matter by no later than close of business on the 18th November 2015. <br>
