Stop acting like you run a s****-yard and selling at near-retail

Long-standing customers of this specific branch. Over R10,000 spent there. As discerning Hobbyists (photography), We are always on the look-out for a additional item or two. Out of the 4 (FOUR) camera-stands being sold, not one of them had the most crucial item: The camera connector. To add insult, they were all being sold at 80% of their actual retail-new prices! to Add further insult I was told "Listen to me!, this is a second-hand..." and I stopped the fool-employee mid-sentence,to prevent myself from dishing out a slap to him, that would have had his ancestors feel it.. STOP SELLING BROKEN/UNUSABLE JUNK! Cash Converters is in the SECOND-HAND business not the s****-industry! it is saddening that stuff being sold there, will either be a) uneconomical to repair or b) the spare part needed is no longer made. Please stop selling unusable trash. I for one, COULD have made the needed part(s), but I am speaking on behalf of the other 99.9% who buy with the understanding that things are in working condition, not new, but at least functional. Get your act together!
