Stock already sold after staff confirmed it was available

This is now the second time cash converters had a product in store, told me that they were available and I get to the store and they aren’t. In. It’s cases it was a long drive from Joburg to Pretoria only to waste both my time and my petrol money.

I would never trust a cash converters employee even if they tell you over the phone a product is available and you ask them to keep it for you.

They just have zero clue.
