Still waiting for my REFUND

I purchased an item at cash converters, returned it and was supposed to get a refund. I was told that I would get it on Thursday the 27th March. (Item was returned on Tuesday 25th March). I was then told the store didn't make money and to wait for end of the month and would get it on the weekend. That shouldn't even be my problem, but I tried to be understanding. The assistant, Israel couldn't be bothered to contact me for a follow up. Instead I have to keep calling and asking about my refund. He would sometimes call me back and make false promises and that my refund will be processed the next morning. Then that doesn't happen, he ignores my calls and messages. I'm frustrated and annoyed because there's also an item I need to pay interest on as it expired yesterday, so this is just adding onto my frustration because he stated I would get it (my refund) on Monday and I relaxed thinking I would have received my money by then. It's been a whole week now and I'm still waiting.
