I must give credit where credit is due. I had a problem with Standard bank I was battling to get my payment from forex exchange. I had to log into my internet banking to release the funds unfortunately because I have no family they were the one's sending from England. I had no money I was waiting for the funds to clear. It was a long weekend we'll I had no money cash converters were about to close and my phone was the only thing I had so I pawned it,didn't know that you needed your phone for internet banking and to clear your funds well that what the bank manager told me and would not help. I went to cash converters to ask if someone could come to the bank with my phone, they informed me they couldn't do that but what they could do is bring my phone in the shop and they supp**** with a laptop and internet connection so I could login to my internet banking not once but twice not on the same day either. The second time the manager lent me he personal laptop. So I want people to know this. My own bank wouldn't help me and they were the problem.
