*****ing under buyback

<p>Hi there.I am only back Monday just left parklands for a wedding.Cash convertors parklands is the branchAt the parklands branch just after 1pm I paid the sum of R913 for my 18ct yellow gold,diamond and emerald wedding ring.When I received it out today 18/11/2016 the diamonds where clearly swopped out the a type of plastic glass diamante type thing..the ring its self went in shinny and was completely off looking when I got it now...visible tampering.So I took it back and asked to directly speak with the branch manager he, immediately tried to show me that I'm mistaking until I took out my phone and showed pictures pre buy back, he took a look and backed off the argument immediately, when he watched me tap the **** diamonds on my teeth showing its not real and showed him images on my phone of what it should look like, major difference.I could feel him being nervous, i was in a major hurry as I was late for my lift to Robertson for my cousins wedding, due to bringing my ring back with the diamonds picked out and replaced, its my moms wedding ring and I'm extremely disappointed.So once the store manager was convinced i wasnt joking and the stones have been replaced, he stood there semi blanked out, paleish you could say and I told him because I was late still having had to run home.Quote"im going to a wedding, monday i will come back and I want the ring back with the stones back where they should be, and the visible tampering gone,if so leave it at that or if not I come back with the police and the R19000-R22000 Khans jewellery in sandown just valued it compensated to me.The reaction was of someone that knew what happened, accepting what has happened and said ""sounds good to me, and took the ring away". Well I wont be letting he's" that sounds good to me" option stand with me.monday i will come with the police and and open a case of jewel theft, or I get my full value R22000 paid to me, as the ring is s**** to me now.I am completely shocked because im not the first victim, but I do have a eye for things and I know **** stones and real precious metals..Further more when I put the ring in it was in a case..they gave it back after I payed with no case and I politely pointed it out and they found it.I should have known then it was taking out the safe during its time on buy back.I have no time for court cases and sueing.But I will if I am not paid my R22000 for the ring.I also have a cameo gold 9ct ring on buyback for R350 which I recently extended I want that returned to me monday when I arrive back with no payment. If I see tampering, thats value of R5500 or could be much more,but that will be up to a professional cameo dealer to decide.This must be resolved, but not back till Monday so please file a complaint of diamond theft.I feel there should be a investigation pending a arrest.Please take this seriously.David JenkinsItem number ********** ********** 0 is my number</p>
