Stay away from Cash Converters Boksburg East Rand Value Mall!!!!!!!!

On Monday, the 16th of December 2024, I called the store to inquire about the availability of a PS4 game. Naledi confirmed that the game was in stock, but mentioned I could only pick it up on Tuesday, the 17th, as the store was closing early due to the Public Holiday business hours. I agreed and arranged to collect it the following day.

However, when I called to confirm if I could collect, I was informed that the game had already been sold that morning, and it had not been set aside for me as promised. This is incredibly poor customer service.

I called again to check if there was another copy available, but a sales representative (male) informed me that none were left. To make matters worse, he abruptly dropped the call, leaving me extremely dissatisfied.

This experience has completely soured my perception of your store. Due to the lack of customer service and this negative experience, I will not support this group again.
