Sold to Unknown

In November of 2017 a sentimental item was pawned at the Cash Converters Clearwater Mall. Arrangements were made with the then Manager to not sell the item to defray costs due to the fact that I had still not found sound employment. March 20th of this year the sentimental item was sold, with no video footage and no ID off the person the item was sold too. Numerous attempts to get Cash Converters to respond to this matter has failed. According to CPA, all and any pawn shop has to keep a record of all and any transaction whether it be cash or card. This item is lost to my family forever.
