Slow Service

I am receiving the worst service from the sales assistant at your branch in Horizon View. I tried selling a few appliances online and its been pro-longing for over a week now. I called this morning to find out whats going on , i was told the "bakkie is not available". I am getting late replies , because "there's customers in store". If thats the case then why did they create an online interaction platform if we would be getting second best customer service.
