Service to loyal customers/ No Flexibility at all

I have been Cash crusaders customer for close to a year now, I took in a laptop for a loan and i have been paying the interest off now for quite some time now. on the day the contract expired i called and asked them if they could extend it for me until the 15th as i had a short fall on money as my wife was in a accident so i didnt have cash hence. I went to the branch yesterday on the 12th to go try them again the supervisor there told me straight that come up with the money today or we sell it tomorrow. I was so disssapoionted as i have been paying the interest for that laptop for a while now never paid late. I have an issue only once and the supervisor can assist me as a client he was not even sympathetic i understand it was expiry date was that day but im sure as a supervisor he could have looked at my previous payments and we could agree on something.. Heartless leader.. This is for the North riding branch near north gate mall.
