Sells broken cellphones

About two to three months ago I bought two Motorola cellphones from the branch in Centurion mall. From day 1 it actually gave problems, but now it does not want to charge at all. The price was lowered from over R1000 to R650. The phones are obsolete now. Who must carry this loss????/

I had my number ported to MTN recently. Because of poor service, I am having my numbers ported back to my original service provider. It had better be approved.

Thank you very much. I did get my refund. I was also reprimanded by the "manager" for going to hellopeter. As well as told that everything IO buy from him from now on will be "voetstoots". I am very sorry for him. It is against the CPA. Voetstoots does not exist at retail outlets etc. Only with private purchases. And even there is a fine line.

The attitude was still terrible. But rest assured. They will not see my business again. It could have been handled much better by the manager. I am not a child that needs reprimanding.
