Selling too much junk!

7 or 8 years ago, I could walk into Cash Converters and buy decent items. Items which I, as a middle class earner would want. Lately my visits have been uninspiring. Loads of brick and brack items on the shelves with very little variety. Plus bulk loads of, what looks like old, unsold stock from other shops. Yesterday I popped into the Fourways Crossing branch to sell a HP printer (as new in box), as well as a modern polaroid camera (as new in box). Without even looking at the items the guy behind the counter said that they were not interested in the items as they don't sell. The counter was full of cheap plastic glasses and old pots and pans. I would've taken R100 if offered and you might've made a R200-R300 profit. You'd have to sell 100 plastic glasses to make that sort of profit! You'd rather have a display case with twenty 4MP digital cameras but don't want to include a variety item for choice? But fair enough, you obviously have the low income earners as your target market. But now you seem to be excluding the middle class earners entirely. Really, your shops are just full of junk. I think you're losing a lot of customers who would be able to buy higher priced items.
